Taqueria Los Paisanos is an absolute treasure in Joliet! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and was blown away by their beef birria quesa-tacos - so flavorful and perfectly paired with the rich consomé. The al pastor tacos were a close second, with that perfect hint of sweetness from the pineapple.

Don't skip the homemade chips and guac!

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can't wait to come back for breakfast next time!...
