The staff at this venue is absolutely top notch. The night before the concert that we drove several hours to see, there were intense storms that blew out the glass of the main door and blew the roof off of the building across the street. Most venues would have closed due to the damage. The Forge and their amazing staff overcame the difficulties posed, and went on with the concert. They used their side door instead of the front, and managed to keep everyone safe through the security check and everything all through the side door.Amazing to see how well they kept everything running smoothly. This is one of those clubs where the magic happens and raw, live music is created with pure talent and energy. The acoustics were really great. The stage is elevated so you can see the performers from every angle. A.D.A.accomodations are to the side of the stage and can be set up/ assisted by asking the employees or security as you come in.
This venue is actually awesome. With it's smaller size, you can get a lot closer to your favorite artists.I was able to squeeze up to the barrier pretty easily. The people who attend are usually very friendly, and I've even made some friends in here.HIGHLY recommend.
I’d say this is probably one of my least favorite venues.I pretty much only go if I get free tickets, which happens a lot here.Staff is fine. •They tend to oversell shows to the point where you can barely move around and you know there’s still a line down the block to get it. •Every inch of the floor is sticky. All of it.Like, how? •Went to a show that advertised doors at 6 and the show at 7.Doors didn’t open until 6:30 and show didn’t start until 8. •Small room, with two pillars in the middle of the floor.
