Sunshine Mexican Cafe truly shines bright in Joliet! 🌞 I recently catered a brunch for 20, and the food was abundant and delicious - especially the chilaquiles, which were a crowd favorite!

Their Sunday buffet is a must-try, featuring mouthwatering birria and unlimited chilaquiles. The tables are always attended to without feeling overbearing, and the staff is genuinely friendly.

The atmosphere is cozy and feels like home, which is perfect for gatherings. I’m definitely coming back... when's the next brunch? 😋
