El Diablo Mexican Restaurant

El Diablo Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins is a local gem that's really impressed me.
Starting from a food truck and now a full-service restaurant, they've nailed it with their food and service. The flavors are everything.
Each dish tastes homemade and authentic, like they really know their stuff in the kitchen.
Whether you're into sizzling fajitas or cheesy enchiladas, the food hits the spot. What's cool is they offer combo options that give you a bit of everything you love without costing a fortune.
And the drinks? They're solid, too, just right for washing down all that deliciousness.
They are some of the most under-appreciated margaritas in Fort Collins. Service-wise, they're on it.
The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure you're well taken care of from start to finish.
It felt very personal and fun! It's that kind of touch that keeps me coming back. If you're in Fort Collins and craving good Mexican food in a laid-back atmosphere, El Diablo is definitely worth checking out.
Good food, good drinks, and good vibes—what more could you ask for?

In town last week visiting family and a couple of us had lunch at El Diablo. Chips and salsa were delightful, and drinks quickly arrived and were refilled. For lunch I ordered a veggie burrito topped with green salsa and the table ordered a couple giant charred jalapeños and some lovely salsa macha.
Everything i sampled was amazing.
The burrito had great flavors and portion size was a bit past comfortable.
We topped lunch off with sopapillas. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some quality Mexican fare.

Ramses and his staff have created a Diamond in the rough in south FoCo.
Today we enjoyed amazing appetizers, chicken mole enchilada and the quesabirreas were fantastic.
The flan we brought home for later was fabulous.
