El Diablo Mexican Restaurant is a delightful gem on the west side of Fort Collins! 🌮
The ambiance is family-friendly, and the staff is incredibly warm and attentive. We kicked off our meal with their amazing chips accompanied by zesty salsa and refried beans. The birriamen (birria ramen) was outstanding - rich in flavor and a must-try! While the shrimp dish could use a little finesse, the overall experience was lovely.
Don’t miss their strong and delicious margaritas! I can confidently say this is my new favorite Mexican restaurant! Highly recommend! 😍

El Diablo Mexican Restaurant is a delightful hidden gem in Fort Collins! 🌮 The chips served with salsa and refried beans are incredibly tasty. I tried the birriamen, and it was outstanding - definitely the star of the meal! The shrimp dish had flavorful potential, but the texture was a bit off.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our visit enjoyable. If you want authentic flavors rather than the watered-down versions found elsewhere, this is the place to be! Highly recommended for families and anyone craving real Mexican cuisine... 😋
