E-TANG provides a delightful dive into authentic Chinese cuisine! The soup dumplings were a highlight, brimming with savory broth, although I missed the rich flavor of the ones back in NYC. The Dan Dan noodles offered a unique kick and hit the spot perfectly.
Service was quick and friendly, enhancing the casual vibe. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive tea selection!
While prices were a tad higher than average for portions, the flavors made it worthwhile. Definitely a must-try in Savannah... 🥢
