I visited this Dunkin Donuts on Saturday 8/24/24 @ approximately 3pm. I put down my computer to log on to wifi to make sure it was working and before I was even greeted I was told I can not sit in the lobby to use the wifi.There was no "Welcome in or Welcome to Dunkin.The way I was trained at Dunkin is that you greet the guest.After I told the gentleman I was going to order he explained those were the order from the manager.I asked to speak to her I was told she wasn't in.I feel like I profiled as a non patron so I decided to NOT patron.As I began to leave I see the manager walk to the front of store to move her car and did not bother to greet me either.She moved her car to the back and continued to sit inside her car and talk on the phone
Dunkin’ Donuts is one of my favorite places.This was my first time visiting this location but unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience.The customer service part was okay but my hash browns are burned.I’m disappointed that they would sell this to a customer.If I didn’t have other great experiences I would stop going to Dunkin’.
I ordered a medium coca mocha signature latte I would have been better off ordering a small because that is the amount or less that was in my cup other than all of the ice that was in the cup.I usually stop through here when I'm in town but it's getting worse and worse.If it's not the coffee it's the customer service received.Please get it together.7/20/2024 made my latte with regular coffee on top of that it have a burnt coffee taste as well as smell.
