China Chef on SpringHill Ave is a hidden gem! 🍜 I stopped by for lunch and tried their spicy General Tso, which was delicious and just the right level of heat. The portions were generous, and I ended up with leftovers for days!

The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it perfect for solo dining or a quick bite with friends. I noticed their great tea selection, too - definitely coming back to explore that!

Parking was a bit tricky since it can get crowded, but the free lot is a bonus. Overall, this is my new go-to spot in Mobile for tasty Chinese comfort food! 😊
