This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.We actually stood in line and waited 15 minutes before someone came to the register.I understand being shorthanded and trying to get things done but what three people were doing could’ve been done by one at the rate they were going.It was as if they were moving in slow motion.Being shorthanded is probably also the reason that the seating area was not clean.Fortunately for us we, just stopped for ice cream and it is hard to mess that up but to wait over 25 minutes to get.It is ridiculous.Nope, we will not be back.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I felt inclined to let the owner or manger know what’s going on at this location.This was the second time I went through the drive through at 8pm (they close at 10pm) and was told “the system is down, we can’t take any orders.” To be honest it sounded like the same voice as the first time, which was like two weeks ago.So the “system” should’ve been fixed.This time they said “we’re only taking door dash orders” so clearly your system is not down.You just didn’t want to take my order.I don’t care that much about getting take out but I thought it was strange that at a location that so convenient on my way home that I was told the exact same thing two weeks apart.Either fix your “system” or advertise you’re only open to door dash.Or hire people who want to work.

Worst DQ experience ever.They were only doing delivery from 8 pm.Fine.We waited in line since we order for over 35 minutes for 4 blizzards.They didn’t even have the flavors we wanted.Abysmal customer service.And the venue was covered with moths , photo for evidence.Would not recommend
