Dumpling House is a hidden gem in Madison's Global Market! 🌟 We stopped in for lunch and were blown away by the soup dumplings - definitely the juiciest I've ever tasted. The rich flavors kept us coming back for seconds!

We also enjoyed the crispy scallion pancakes and BBQ pork buns that truly elevated our experience. The casual vibe is perfect for a quick meal, and the staff is friendly, despite the occasional language barrier.
