Dough Zone Dumpling House in the University District is a delightful spot for dumpling enthusiasts! 🍜

I couldn't resist the chewy, spicy Dan Dan noodles - definitely a highlight! The park fried buns were a revelation: crisp on the bottom and bursting with flavor.

While the dumplings themselves were solid, I hoped for a bit more creativity with the fillings. The $7 cucumber appetizer was surprisingly refreshing and worth every penny!

The casual atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great place to unwind after a busy day. I'll be back for those noodles... 🍵
