Domino's Pizza

My order was not made as requested therefore I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correction.
One pizza was supposed to be uncut but was cut.
Other pizza was supposed to have seasoned crust but had none.
The dough was very dry and was not pressed out to medium size.
Both pizza's looked like small deep dishes and came out looking overcooked in some areas.
I have not had issues like this with Domino's since I have moved to this city so I am very appalled at the food I was given.
I would rather not order anymore if this is the quality of food and service that is being offered now.

We called from our hotel 3 miles from this location at 10:23pm to place an order for a large 3 topping pizza deal $10.99.
They charged our credit card with delivery and tax charge over $20.
We had just been to a wedding and our kids were hungry from dancing and having fun at the wedding.
We wanted to eat and put the kids to bed.
We asked specifically how long the order would take before committing.
They told us 45 to 50 minutes.
We waited 1 hour and called to see where our order was, they put us on hold.
We hung up can called back, they said they are low on delivery drivers but that our pizza and Sprite would be delivered next.
We went to bed at midnight.
No pizza ever showed up.
They called us at 12:45 and woke up the family and asked us if we would like to come pickup our pizza.
Are you even kidding me? Over 2 hours later and they want us to come pickup a delivery order. We told them to refund the pizza and next time to just be honest with people that they are short on delivery drivers rather then have a family not get dinner.
If they don't refund, we will charge back.
Worst Dominoes I have ever ever ever called.

Order here if you want to wait all night on your order! The worst service I have ever had at Domino’s.
This location needs to be shut down.
Visiting for the weekend and have had absolutely terrible service.
I should have known after the first time.
Zero stars for everything.
Get new employees or shut down your business.
