September 10, 2024D'Mangu Restaurant is a hidden gem in Rochester, NY that’s absolutely worth the half-hour drive! I recently indulged in the shrimp cocktail, and it was fresh and delicious. The oxtails I ordered were tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the white rice and beans.
The customer service is exceptional - our waitress went out of her way to assist me, even with my limited Spanish.
The atmosphere is welcoming, and the newly designed space is impressive! I can't wait to go back and explore more of their vibrant menu... 😋
