Rooney's Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Rochester! ✨ The cozy, historic ambiance creates the perfect setting for a lovely dinner with friends or family.

We indulged in the crab cake and plantain-crusted shrimp to start, both beautifully presented and delicious, though the price point felt steep at $15 each. The rack of lamb was incredibly tender, but I found the sautéed spinach a bit too salty.

Our server, Alec, was attentive and knowledgeable. Don’t skip the crème brûlée; it was heavenly! Overall, an enjoyable experience - just a bit loud at peak dining hours. We’ll definitely return! 🍽️
