I’m thrilled that Blue Taro has reopened! 🌟 As a vegan, I was impressed by the variety, especially the spicy vegan pho - it was so flavorful! I also tried the vegan steamed buns, which didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is cozy, with chill music and artfully designed kiosks for ordering.
The staff, particularly the kind woman at the front, made my visit even more pleasant. Just remember to double-check your order, as we had a mix-up with vegan dumplings. Overall, it’s a gem for anyone wanting delicious Vietnamese eats! I can’t wait to return. 🍜💚
