Din Tai Fung in Bellevue is simply stunning! 🌟 Located in Lincoln Square North, the atmosphere feels upscale yet inviting. The standout dish for me was the xiao long bao - the juicy broth inside the dumplings was mind-blowing!

We also tried the prawn rice cake, which was a delightful surprise with its chewy texture and tangy sauce. The red bean mochi dumplings were the perfect sweet ending.

Service was top-notch - our server was attentive and provided fantastic recommendations. Be sure to reserve a table; this place gets busy! Overall, a delightful experience that I can't wait to repeat.🍜✨
