Fast food restaurant, Ice cream shop
Why in the world would you turn a biscuit and gravy container sideways so the gravy leaks out in the bag? This is not the first time either. Seems like people need to use a little common sense.

Just went to the drive-thru at DQ at 6205 Bardstown Rd at 10:20am on 4/20/24.Ordered two meals: Biscuits and Gravy, and a Country Platter with fried eggs over-medium.I'd have to imagine that whoever is cooking this morning doesn't care at all for people. The eggs looked 1 degree above raw where the whites were just passed the point of being opaque.Without exxageration, they had the consistency of snot.Furthermore, the yolk saturated the entire meal from the biscuit to hashbrown.Even if I ordered runny, I'd like it to be warm, cooked, and intact.I had to throw everything away. This isnt the first time.I gave them the benefit of the doubt before, but have now learned my lesson. The people at the window are always nice enough, but it doesnt seem as though anyone is doing QC on the food.I've worked in fast food and restaurants.I dont have unrealistic expectations.Hoping the GM or even a DM steps in and does a secret shop.

Second time to eat breakfast inside.Last time Sausage & Biscuits were extremely dry, but I overlooked.Today, I ordered the Breakfast Platter with Coffee and although the counter staff and service was excellent, literally nothing was warm, except the coffee which could have been hotter too. The side of gravy I ordered leaned on the cold side.Thank goodness you don’t refrigerate the jelly or butter, as that would have been even worse on a room temp biscuit. What a real disappointment it was, thinking you’re supporting local, taking the time to get out and enjoy a breakfast that should be hot when served whether through the drive in or inside.DQ last suggestion is serve sausage that isn’t soaked in grease, as the plate was covered in liquid greasy watery stuff as well.
