Had a good experience at Cupbop. From the warm welcome to the detailed explanation of their unique bowl creation process, the staff made our first visit memorable. We tried the Korean-style tangy fried chicken, a must-try.Opted for the Combo Bop with Korean BBQ pork and fried tofu, customized to perfection. The "Cupbop special" sauce added a delightful kick at 7.5 spicy level.Impressed by the gluten-free fryer and a range of sauces from sweet to "fire in the hole." Don't miss their Korean drinks like Milkis and Yoga Vera, along with Turtle chips – light, airy, and flavorful.Highly recommend this spot – go already and enjoy the experience! "Shhh…and just eat."
This review is based off of my second and last experience here around 2-3 years ago. I hope they’ve improved since then and have trained their staff properly and are better at picking the workers that they hire here. It was around the afternoon there was young new people working here it seemed since the first time I came. There was a young Hispanic girl with dark black hair and I think was wearing glasses was putting our bowls together. She was very quiet and seemed shy and socially awkward. She visibly got upset even with her mask on when I said to her that I didn’t want noodles in my bowl she had just put rice and noodles in it.My husband and I forgot to say no noodles for the second bowl.So she threw it away and grabbed a new bowl but her body language and eyes told me she was instantly annoyed and mad and didn’t say anything to me just passed our bowls down to the next worker. The whole interaction with her after that just became so tense and awkward. The food was okay just over priced in my opinion.
Service was great! Donovan at the Rock Springs location gave great recommendations for my first time. I also got the sweet corn flavored turtle chips and ate them in the car in the way home! I will definitely be back!
