Daikon Vegan Sushi is a hidden gem! 🌟 Living nearby, I finally decided to check it out and ordered the Yuba Roll, Volcano Roll, and crunchy California Roll. Each bite was a delicious surprise! The sushi tastes so remarkably fish-like that even my non-vegan friends loved it.

I also can’t recommend the garlic albacore nigiri enough - definitely a standout! The atmosphere is cozy, and the chef, Mindy, was a joy to meet. Prices are reasonable for such quality. If you're in the area and looking for a healthy, tasty option, don’t miss this place... it’s a must-try for everyone! 🍣✨
