I only ordered cheese curds through their drive through and i waited 15 minutes before going in to also see people waiting in line to order and a few to complain about orders too, was finally given the cheese curds that had the cheese not even inside the over cook breading and cooked to a crisp leaving it a crunchy mess.
Would not recommend their other food items if they can't even do simple cheese curds right.
Disgraceful.

Very weird consistency with their food.
I came here with a friend, he ordered a deluxe burger regular value basket for dine in, he got his food within 3-5 minutes. I ordered a single butterburger regular value basket for dine in and my food took like 10-15 minutes to get.
My friend's food looked great, mine had a single slice of cheese that looks like it was slapped on after everything was made, now I did some research on Culver's and this is a very common thing apparently for dine in folks.
It tasted great, but it was a little weird eating a burger with a cold slice of cheese on it that was not melted. I wasn't a huge fan of their food, it's an excellent value for their value baskets, I want to say my single butterburger regular value basket was $8.70 after tax. My buddy then got a shake, it felt like it took another 10 minutes to get it.
Some people were getting their food really fast and others were waiting around for awhile, felt like it was all over the place.
It was very busy, Saturday, lunch time, so to be expected to some degree. I'd probably do drive-thru instead next time, I've read you should leave the burger in the box for the cheese to melt (which is still kind of odd to me honestly).

We hadn’t been to culvers in quite some time.
I got the patty melt, but it was a tad unimpressive because it just didn’t have any flavor.
I had to get some ranch dressing and some salt to put on it.
I do understand that they cater to an older crowd, but they should still at least season the meat.
The cheese curds were great, as usual.
The fries were pretty good.
The place was really clean inside, and the staff were extremely friendly.
