Crawfish & Noodles

We first saw this place featured on a tv show & was too excited to go.
We drove 40 min which isn’t bad considering how huge Houston is… upon arrival we were greeted and told to wait.
They seem to have had a lot of empty tables but no real system of “who does what”.
We were finally seated about 15 min later & the service didn’t get any better.
We were passed up several times for water & those who came later were served first.
We experienced 3 different people who didn’t seem to communicate. The crawfish were a nice size, heavily seasoned on the outside but the inside had NO juice or flavor.
The shrimps which we thought would be served like crawfish, were not.
They were on a plate, fried in the shell, and battered.
They were impossible to peel and eat. The fried rice was decent but very Smokey flavored.
The oysters were not grilled and needed more of a description on the menu. The shrimp stir fry was good but it contained a type of fish and sausage which seemed to be on accident.
Strawberry lemonade and sugar cane are pretty good as well/ Overall, I wouldn’t return or recommend.

Crawfish and Noodle Restaurant holds a special place in my heart as one of my absolute favorite spots for crawfish in town.

Additionally, the seafood salad, particularly the shrimp salad with Lotus roots, is an absolute must-try.

My partner and I travel for food, we love trying the local specialty and something we can’t get back home in Canada.
Crawfish and noodle 100% delivered on quality and taste for our Viet-Cajun food experience.
We literally wanted to lick the bowl when we were done. On top of the food, the staff was very friendly and attentive.
We said hello to the chef who was extremely humble and dedicated.
You guys are doing a great job!! Thanks for the great dining experience!
