I absolutely love Costa Vida I go to the one on foothill drive all the time.
I have never had a problem.
This Costa Vida .

Was terrible.
I have a severe allergy to gluten, but when I told the server that I needed gluten free she rolled her eyes at me.
She the proceeded to cross contaminate the tortillas which will make me extremely sick.
I told her this and then asked for a salad with a tortilla.
But, there was no lettuce cut, even though the store was just about empty when we came in. Extremely disappointing for an establishment that I normally love.
Don’t know if this was just the workers on the management at this location.

I ordered catering for a party and they delivered the food.
The food was a little warm.
But they didn't bring the sterno flame for underneath like they said they would because I knew it was going to be colder in the evening.
When I called them they said the were going to come back and bring it.
But they never showed and then I got a text saying it was cancelled the order.
They offered a reduced price which technically was nice but my guests got cold food for the party.
The discount doesn't mean much at that point.
