Copper Plate American Grill and Bar at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is a pleasant surprise for airport dining!

I recently visited for a quick breakfast and was delighted by their friendly service and warm vibe. The grilled breakfast sandwich was a highlight - fluffy, with the option to swap Texas toast for a bagel! 🥯

I also tried the chipotle burger, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The beer-battered onion rings were crispy and a great side.

While cleanliness could use some attention, the fast service and generous portions made up for it. This spot is definitely a keeper for travelers! ✈️
