I came to the Drive Thru to try to order breakfast.I normally donât have any problems ordering at 3:00 am since Jack In The Box is a 24 Hour Restaurant.But the employee working had told me that the kitchen is closed.I parked my car in the front of the restaurant and seen the Jack In The Box drive thru employee sitting in his car with his headset on.He was sitting there Fondling himself inappropriately, when I asked him âwhat he was doing!?â.He jumped startled and told me to leave.I asked him, âIs this why the kitchen is closed? So you can sit in your car and play with yourself?â.He ran inside the restaurant and started working again frantically.Hopefully he washed his hands, the thought is disgusting.I have tried filing reports but canât get through to the Jack In The Box Company Representatives.If youâre going to eat Jack In The Box, DO NOT GO when this guy is there.

Customer service was less than favorable. Register employee asked me to wait as she joked around (at least it seemed that way from what I heard and saw) with a co-worker.Ok no problem with that.While I stood and waited for the sandwich, I was reading the wall / looking at pictures.Another team member walked in while I was standing there, looked me in the eye, and didnât bother to say hello or excuse me.I literally stepped back to allow her to pass.I expected acknowledgment or a simple, âHiâ or â Thank youâ. Instead, she greeted her co-worker and ignored a paying and waiting customer who cleared her path as she walked towards the counter. As a small business owner, one does not get a chance for a first impression.This was my first visit ever to Jack in the Box.Not impressed thus far.Will do a few more future visits to gain a better perspective as this may have been a fluke negative experienceâŚif one can call it that.

Worst experience ever.Ordered tacos cheap good easy.The sent us to front to wait for tacos is what they said.Got the food left when we opened it the tacos were cold.Sourdough jack barely warm.The worst service ever!!!
