Best cookout location anywhere Iykyk.Lines is always long because everyone knows this is the best location.Food is always hot, milkshakes are made to perfection.Staff is efficient and polite.

I pulled up orders a regular southwest burger and a chocolate and walnut milkshake .They charged me 18.12 so when I got to the window I asked why was it so high because I ordered a regular southwest burger the guy and the girl was very rude and nasty and basically made me pay for food I didn’t order .Very threatening environment.So sad that this is what buying food has come to .

It’s kinda tough to fairly rate any Cook Out.If you’re not super familiar with the chain (like me), the menu is a nightmare.It’s a mess, and it’s really hard to even figure out what to order without sounding like an idiot. Plus, the staff might not really have much patience for people not knowing what they are doing.That said, the burgers and milkshakes here genuinely do slap.Highly recommend, if you can get over how daunting the menu is.
