We’ve been eating pizza at Conan’s for over 20 years.
We love the sauce and the dough of the pizza, it has almost a sweetness to it.
We get the deep dish pepperoni and hamburger every time.
It’s always consistent on taste! We usually pair it with a glass or two of wine, they have a newer wine supplier and it’s so smooth and easy to drink for wine by the glass.

My feelings are so hurt especially since I went by the reviews(my first time eating here) Today(4/1/24) The atmosphere is very retro like the reviews mentioned.
So no complaint there! The front cashier was very nice so again no complaint there! However, I ordered two slices of pizza and salad.
(Lunch special only deep dish provided) Firstly, the pizza was not fresh(definitely had been sitting) nor was the salad(wilted lettuce) which you can see in the picture.
Looks can be deceiving so I took a bite and in this case no it wasn’t.
It was very thick and dry.
I didn’t check my food before I left and I’m kicking myself because for the first time the reviews steered me wrong.
Very displeased with the food..

This place won the Austin Chronicle award for Best Trip to the Seventies for good reason.
Its multi-level wood paneled, many-boothed dining room is a cozy nostalgic place to have a couple pizzas and pitcher of beer.
