Coa de Jima is a culinary gem in downtown Boise! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, perfect for a romantic dinner or a fun lunch with friends.

I started with the calamari, which was tender and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, the Chilean Sea Bass was a revelation - flavorful and artfully presented. My server was attentive and knowledgeable, recommending fantastic menu items like the duck carnitas and the jima salad.

Though the lighting could be improved, the overall experience was fantastic. Don't forget to make a reservation. We’ll definitely return! 🍽️✨
