The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant was very clean and well maintained.
The food was very good.
It did take some time before fresh pizza was put out, had to wait on them.
Seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up even though it wasn't very busy at the time we were there.

The only salad & pizza buffet place Left in NASHVILLE!! Under $10.
The pizza is good & they take special orders after you pay for buffet.
It does not cost extra; they are aware people's food sensitivities & or food allergies, so they don't mind.

The nostalgia was real walking into CiCi's!! The staff was very friendly.
The pizza was great, however, the staff was struggling with keeping the pizza stocked.
There were times we had to wait or come back.
I think they got a little behind and just wasn't able to catch up and keep up.
Either way, we enjoyed our dinner and being able to share one of our childhood favorites with our kids.
