Chuy's is a vibrant Tex-Mex gem nestled in the Summit! 🌮 My friends and I experienced a bit of a wait during dinner - about an hour - but it was well worth it.
The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for a fun night out. We were promptly served chips and drinks, and our server was super attentive, refilling our chips continuously. I dived into the chicka-chicka boom-boom and the taco salad; both were delicious!
The only downside? The taco salad only comes with two tacos! 😅 I will definitely return for those famous margaritas and the scrumptious Tres Leches cake! Can't wait...!
