I went to Chuck’s for the first time 5 years ago while visiting Baltimore from New Jersey.Since then I have been back 7 times.I try to stop as often as possible. It’s literally my favorite place on earth, the vibe, the food, and the service are amazing! Back at it again.Another great meal! 4.13.24

It was such a pleasure to meet you! I’m so happy to be your favorite place on earth, that’s a lot to live up to but happy to be the spot! 🌎 🤩
I was looking for a place I could grab a seat at the bar and eat brunch solo on Saturday, and after striking out at a couple of the hot spots around I stumbled into Chuck's - and I'm really glad I did! No wait for a single diner to sit at the bar, a latte that surpassed my expectations and a damn good cocktail, and the rancheros skillet was tasty (albeit not quite hot, but still delicious).I didn't know what to expect from this hole in the wall but I'm really glad I took the gamble.Highly recommended!
Food was delicious and service was fast.I got the Seoul skillet and it was amazing.Perfectly cooked bork belly with flavorful kimchi with potatoes and two over easy eggs, a unique breakfast option for sure.I also got a single pancake, good flavor but fell apart once you put syrup on it.Nonetheless still 5 stars from me.And with all the mimosa flavor options we were there for quite a while. We stayed a little past close and only realized when we looked around and it was only staff there 😅 but they never made us feel rushed and we finished our mimosa while casually chatting.Definitely a new staple for my brunch list.I sadly didn't get any pics but trust me, it's amazing.Update: It must have been a fluke with the pancakes that day because their pancakes have been perfect ever since. Burger Review: On 4/3/24 I went to check out their burger night since I'm trying all notable Baltimore burgers. For $15 you get a burger, fries, and a beer, cider, or other drink.I got the Butch Cassidy burger. The beef was amazing, good flavor perfect juiciness, cooked to perfection and delicious.I would have loved a little more barbecue sauce and a little more fried onions but what I didn't expect was the fried cheese crisp that was on my burger in addition to the melted cheese. That helped make up for what I thought it was lacking. At first I thought I they skimped on the fries, but the burger was so filling that the fries were the perfect amount. For the price, taste, and service it's a great choice for a midweek dinner. The burger I'll give a 7.5/10 but I'll leave my original 5 star review up because Chuck's breakfast really has a special place in my heart.
