I recently visited the new Chipotle location at Kroger Marketplace on Emerson Ave. Despite being excited for a quick dinner, my experience was a mixed bag.

The parking was plentiful and the drive-through is a convenient option! I ordered a rice bowl, which had fresh ingredients and good flavors, but the rice was a bit overcooked. 🌾

The atmosphere felt chaotic; tables were a bit messy, and I noticed some staff lacked enthusiasm in their service.

I’ll give it another shot since it’s close, but I hope they improve the organization and customer friendliness. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏼
