I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for families. I tried their spicy chicken sandwich combo; while the fries were delicious, the chicken was unfortunately undercooked and lacked the usual crunch I expected.

On the bright side, the staff, especially Melissa, provided exceptional service - she was friendly and attentive, making the visit worthwhile. My wife loved the strawberry biscuits, which were a hit with our dog too! While I had some issues with the food, the great service and pleasant vibe might bring me back... 🤔.
