This location is a hit or miss with their customer service and food prep.I now come in to get my order because if I have it delivered, you literally get half a bowl of what you typically get in person.Tonight, the server gave me more than what is typically served (not complaining) but there’s no consistency at all.I also pick up delivery orders.I hate picking up at this location because they are slow as molasses prepping delivery orders.They appear to assign people for delivery orders & then there’s staff for the people who come in person.I’ve literrally stood there waiting to pick up an order and the delivery prep staff moves one meal/bowl/burrito to the three or four meals that go through the main line at the time of service.And this is during a fairly slow time where one person works the main line before the cashier does their job vs one delivery prep person.So, I rarely pick up delivery orders there now because I simply don’t get paid enough to watch people move slowly while there are 3-4 other drivers waiting as well.

Absolutely ridiculous came in Tuesday night.I was told no white rice and they weren't pulling any out even though they were open for 4hrs still.I asked if he could get it from the other Counter as I see a full PAN over there.Was still told no that I can only have brown rice which Was burnt.He had absolutely no care in how he prepped your food. You get no greeting and the place is not clean.Absolutely poor everything.Would give all negatives if that was an option.
The cooks don’t wear gloves at this location.It’s absolutely disgusting.My brother got sick from another chipotle that made food like this.Just nasty to have the cook not wear gloves.I don’t know if he washes after going to the bathroom.Think about that.That’s exactly what happened to my brother.Turned him green for months.
