if I pay $15 for a burrito bowl , I expect there to be a good amount of rice.There’s literally no rice in my plate.This should be completely full.I’m not paying $15 to be full off the entire thing I’m paying $15 to be off of only half of it, I hate going to this chipotle.This the last time I will order food from this chipotle because you guys skimp out every single time.I expect to be reimbursed for this diabolical purchase I made.Yes, i’m eating it anyways because I got takeout and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home.I don’t care.I’m gonna eat it anyways.So, expect you guys to respond to this review and reimburse me for what happened to me.This is actually traumatic.

If I could zero stars, I would.I purchased a salad today from the chipotle in west Escondido (CA).I took a bite of the salad and realized that I was chewing/biting a very large chunk of dirt.I took it out of my mouth and washed out my mouth, mind you, it was a lot of dirt.I inspected the salad and found a large chunk of silty clay mud in the salad.My husband and I took photos and I went back to the chipotle and asked to speak to a manager.I told the manager what happened.I showed him the salad and the mud (I brought the food back).The manager told me that he made the salad and that there was no way that the mud was in the salad.I told him that it likely came from the lettuce.He said that was impossible and that the mud ‘must have come from an outside source.’ He said this many times insisting that the mud did not come from the establishment.I was incredulous.He did not apologize, ask any questions or even acknowledge that it was possible that the mud came from their establishment.I could not believe it.We argued for a little while and I finally asked for my money back.He told me that was not possible because my order was made online.He told me to call customer service.He was so rude.I’ve never experienced anything like it.I will never go to chipotle again and I will make sure that people know what happened and how I was treated.

What the hell is going on with Chipotle? I have no problem paying extra, but when I get extra meat, give me extra meat! How hard is it to change your scoops? Go to restaurant Depot and get yourself a proper portion scoop so when people pay extra they get the proper amount of meat.$50 for 3 bowls and when I ask for my sauce on the side, I get a half full portion cup.Come on Chipotle!
