At Boiling Pho, I found a little slice of Vietnam right in Escondido! 🌟 The pho here is simply divine - rich broth, perfectly cooked rice noodles, and a generous portion of tender beef. I opted for the classic beef pho, and it did not disappoint!

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, ideal for a relaxed meal. Don't forget to try their bubble tea; the taro flavor is my favorite! Overall, it’s a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Can’t wait to go back! 🍜🥤
