Drive thru, it took a good 8 - 10 minutes to get our food. There were at least 5 people working and only 1 taking orders and putting food in the boxes.Our food sat on the counter a good while before they finally gave it to us then we still had to wait for our drink. At least the food was delicious. Service needs work.
I would give them negative stars if it were allowed.On Sunday February 18, 2024, at approximately 7:30 PM, my lovely wife and I went to buy some chicken.I ordered the 20 chicken strip dinner, to which I was informed they didn't have chicken strips.It would be an 8 to 9 minute wait.I said, no worries, we'll have the 12 family chicken mixed dinner.To which the same drive-thru person told me they didn't have the chicken available either.If you are in South Fort Worth don't go to the one located at 124 McPherson Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76140.They may not have chicken available.We drove to the location in Burleson and we were helped immediately.This location should take note and learn from this location.
Today we experienced the drive thru line being extremely long we decided to go inside and it was also busy.The staff did a great job with executing the rush.Team member even brought our food out to us.Surprisingly great experience.
