I recently visited the Chick-fil-A in Hamilton Place, and while the food lived up to my expectations - crispy chicken sandwiches paired with their absolutely addictive waffle fries - the service fell a bit short.

I ordered a classic Chicken Deluxe, and the flavor was on point! But, I had a questionable encounter with an employee regarding the dipping sauces. I also noticed the staff was a little sluggish during a busy lunch hour, which made the wait longer than usual.

Despite this, I'll definitely return for the delicious food - just hope for better service next time! 🍗✨
