OMG, this has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A in the country. We are here to tour LSU and spent 45 minutes waiting for this order of cold food. The cooks and the order takers (human & kiosks) were way ahead of the one person slowly bagging orders so all of the items were cold and nasty. It definitely soured an otherwise good tour accepted but not committed students.
I mean, it’s OK.Service isn’t over the top.A couple friendly employees and then some employees that barely will say a word to you the whole time you are ordering.Sandwiches are good, fries can be kind of hit or miss.Sometimes they are hot, sometimes they are lukewarm.Overall, I think it’s fine to go use some PawPoints here but if you are looking for an authentic Chick Fil A experience head to another one off campus.Pay the same for a much better experience.
Not only did they rush me with terrible service they also didn’t let me finish ordering before i was forced to pay.Then when i got my food it was all mashed in the bag and the milkshakes was unblended.I normally love chick fi la but this was honestly the worst experience.
