I go to this location because it’s the only one near my home.
I have complained to staff and management on several occasions about the amount of waffle fries I receive when going through the drive through.
This is an ongoing issue. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of taking my toddler out of his car seat so I go through the drive-through..
It’s extremely frustrating that with all of my walk-in complaints, today I STILL continue to receive half empty containers.

Best Chick Fil A branch I’ve been to so far. Everyone was soooo welcoming and kind.
The food was fresh and delicious as usual! I just had to post this 5-star review because of the amazing service I got. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal, with a frosted lemonade smoothie, and it was very filling.
I recommend getting the smoothie after the meal, because it’s very heavy drinking with the burger. All in all, I had a great experience in this branch for my first meal ever in Baltimore.

Reliably great chick fil a location.
The food is always fresh and delivered quickly both inside & in the drive through.
Staff are thorough and friendly.
They always confirm your order in the drive through which is great.
The only negative thing I have to say is they do short you on the sauces from time to time so make sure you tell them how many of each sauce you want.
