Charming Elephant is a delightful gem in Baltimore! 🌟 The ambiance is cozy and inviting, adorned with beautiful Laotian art. I tried the Goi Pa and the spicy eggplant curry, both bursting with authentic flavors that took me back to my grandma's kitchen. The quick service and friendly staff made our experience even better.
