I frequently visit this Chick-fil-A at Jefferson Commons, and while I love the brand, this location has had its ups and downs.

My recent order included a Chicken Sandwich meal and an 8-piece Grilled Chicken Nuggets meal. Unfortunately, my Spicy Chicken Deluxe wasn’t as hot as I’d hoped - definitely needed that cheese melt! 🔥

Service was friendly, as usual, but the parking can be a nightmare during rush hours. I’ve noticed nuggets coming out smaller and overcooked lately, which is a bummer.

Nonetheless, the cleanliness and efficiency keep me coming back! I just hope for a little more consistency next time! 🍗✨
