So the old man at the window was nice but when we opened our burgers when we got home BOTH THE BURGERS WHERE MISSING THEIR PATTIES CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!! We where the only ones in line

Are any Checkers in Savannah either going to FIX their ice cream machines or just take ice cream off the menu? Neither this one nor the Skidaway drive location has had a working ice cream machine any time I've stopped at either location since I got to Savannah last December.
It's SUMMER, and HOT, why wouldn't you fix a broken ice cream machine? Edit point: Owner replied here, and I sent the feedback email on their website the day after they replied, and have heard nothing back.

I missed everything that is about checkers.
From the french fries to the spicy chicken sandwich.
I live in the north now where I don't even have a Rally's close by.
But not even Rally's comes close to the real thing that I know is called CHECKERS!! Customer service is great, and the wait was not long.
Food was hot and ready to eat.
Chili cheese dogs on the bomb.
Everything on their menu is the bomb.
