I have been here several times it’s a decent burger at a good price.
Today I pulled up to the store at about 2:20pm am there was an employee sitting out back smoking a black and mild who told me that they were closed for 20 minutes because their “machine was down”.
I asked if I could talk to the manager, she gave me the store number.
I think she meant the order point/speaker box was down, but then why could they take my order at the window? I called and nobody answered, the whole situation seemed strange, like how did they know that the machine would be working again in 20 minutes? Seems like the supervisors at this store need a bit more coaching on problem solving or maybe they just wanted to take an extended smoke break.
If I was the owner I would definitely want to know what’s going on in my store, or maybe the owner knows and doesn’t care.
Either way I’m going to find a new spot to grab a quick bite.

I used to love checkers so much.
The fries are the best part and the only part that still tastes like it used to.
Hardly any flavor left in my opinion.
I really wish it tasted like it used to.
Checkers was my favorite.
This location did really well with our rather large order though.
Location people were great.

After a Dr appt and short shopping, we stopped by Checkers.
The meal was wonderful.
Our hamburgers tasted great, but I needed a big.
🤭 Our server was friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend "checking" them out.
