Casa Taco is a delightful gem in Albuquerque! 🌮 I had the Puffy Adobo Chicken Taco, and it was bursting with flavor - like a savory vacation for my taste buds! The Loaded Mama Nachos were a mountain of deliciousness, generously topped and perfect for sharing.
The salsa bar was a nice touch, although I found the salsa a little watery. Service was impressively quick, and the staff was super friendly. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for casual dining. I’ll definitely return for another taco adventure! 😋✨
