They went the route of charging a higher price while giving the customer more.In this case, I felt there was too much meat in my sandwich—more than in any Cuban I’ve had.The ratio of ingredients was thrown off-balance.I wish they’d offer a lower price point with less filling. The empanada was great. The crust tastes exactly like the ones at popular Dominican bakeries.
We got the El Popotico and the El Dominica-Philly with a banana milkshake, delicious! The fried pork with the onion and cabbage was a perfect balance and the Philly had the right amount of Philly and the right amount of Dominica.Absolutely excited to come back and try the rest!
Just heard about this place so I rode my bike from upper macungie to Bethlehem for lunch.Street parking out front or use the parking garage, it’s downtown so don’t complain about that.Staff was super friendly and attentive give.Place is very nice and clean inside and have a great food selection.I ordered the El Cubanito with the plantain chips and sauce .The food was cooked within a reasonable time and was absolutely amazing, I loved it all and didn’t leave a bite to spare.Very well done with the design and food selection, will be back for sure.
