The Caliente Breakfast Bowl is really tasty, each bite a little different from the rest.The texture is a mix of crispy tortilla shell, fluffy potato, hearty chili, plump sausage, and runny egg.Flavors are overall robust.The acidity from the hot sauce lifts this from good to great.I felt well taken care of from the service.Recommend. The chicken and waffle I think is a skip, though.It was quite heavy and one-note.The fried chicken used a dense breading without discernible herbs or spices, and the waffle seemed a bit over-mixed.

What a gem.Love the Bethlehem location.Lauren our server was amazing and friendly.Mike the manager was great as well.The chefs here are the absolute best.As a chef myself I can't say enough about the quality of the food as well as how pretty they plate and garnish it as well.If you find yourself in the area do yourself a favor and get to Billy's in Bethlehem.This is a place you can order anything on the menu and be satisfied

Everything was amazing, the service was great.Sinaed was very polite and great personality.We will def be back durning lunch .Everything on the menu looks delicious.
