Bed Head Vegan Brunch House

First time trying this all vegan brunch spot tucked away in Bethlehem.
The menu is pretty straightforward with handful of standard breakfast items, juices coffee and espresso drinks. I tried the breakfast burrito and orange juice.
The breakfast burrito was very large portion size, very well seasoned and overall good.
I deducted one star because I expected more egg and cheese flavor, but I didn't get any at all.
It was more like a chorizo hash burrito which I didn't mind. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a nice touch, cool to see it made as you wait.
I will be back to try different menu items because I saw the waffles and they looked very good.

This is definitely a MUST-GO-TO spot! Having previously owned and operated a small vegan restaurant in Bronx, NY, Bed Head Vegan Brunch House is an absolute gem.
The food is delicious! Well-balanced flavors, textures, portion, and price! I ordered the fried chicken and waffles and freshly squeezed orange juice, which were both exquisite.
My partner ordered the locally sourced cafe latte and freshly baked cinnamon buns, also spectacular.
Even my partner’s family thought the fried chicken was real meat the texture and cut was so convincing! Always appreciate a chef that puts so much effort and care into preparing delicious food (that happens to also be better for the environment)! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Chef runs a tight kitchen with quick service! Thank you BHVBH, I am so happy you are in PA, and I so look forward to dining there again next time we return to Bethlehem!

First time visiters here! We got a breakfast burrito, the King oyster Hash (this weeks special) cinnamon roll and coffees and were SO impressed with the food! I liked everything.
The ingredients were nice and fresh and the meals were so flavorful! Also the cinnamon roll, amazing! The iced latte w cashew milk was really good too.
I appreciate your own cashew milk! The server was SO nice too.
Answered all of our questions and recommended what we should get because we couldn decidwe, wanted to try literally everything on the menu:)) Definitely coming back, highly recommend to visit this place and try the food, both vegans and non vegans will love it!
