Quite disappointed with this place. Our dishes were mediocre at best. Bison burger tasted like a reheated frozen patty and it looked like it wasn't cooked completely despite being ordered medium.I could be wrong, but my opinion is based on taste and texture, not color. The online menu said lettuce, tomato, onion and your choice of fries or slaw. I got no produce at all. I called and was transferred to the bar because the hostess didn't know if the menu I read was correct or not.I sat on hold so long I hung up. This was after my husband had to sit and wait in person while the staff were engaged in what appeared to be casual conversation, leaving him feeling ignored. We will not give this place a second try. We paid way too much money for what we consider poor service, an incorrect order, and what felt like being a burden to the staff.
I’ve been vegan for 10+ years and have never had a vegan steak… the chef did such a great job on the dish that I’d eat it every night if I could! Our server, Grace, was awesome and when we had a small issue, Rose was quick to handle things. The beers, cocktails, and mocktails are equally as phenomenal.Don’t miss this spot!!!!
Fegley's Bethlehem Brew Works is a family run brewpub thats been in operation for over 20 years.I'm not a beer drinker, but they have several award winning signature beers. Some of them are actually used to prepare a number of their dishes. My most recent visit was similar to my previous ones.Everything was satisfactory. This time around I ordered Blueberry Habanero Chicken Wings and the Brew Works Burger. My friend ordered the Bavarian Pretzels and a Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. The chicken wings were delicious. The signature sauce had the perfect amount of heat and the wings were cooked perfectly. They would have been top notch if the chicken quality was better. The Brew Works Burger was okay.It was cooked to my liking, but was very bland. The french fries that were served with the burger were undercooked. The Bavarian Pretzels are still the best item on the menu. The pretzels are prepared with butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.Beer & Cheese soup is accompanied for dipping. As far as service goes, our server was attentive but not very personable.I don't think I seen her smile one time. I haven't been impressed with this place yet, but they do have a great happy hour, so I will be back. Bavarian Pretzels - 8.5 Blueberry Habanero Chicken Wings - 7.9 Buffalo Chicken Flatbread - 7.5 Brew Works Burger - 7.6 French Fries - 7.3 Food - 7.8 Service - 7.6 Value - 7.8 Restaurant score - 77

Thank you for the review. Next time we will make sure the fries are cooked and more smiles at the table.
