Carson Kitchen is the perfect spot for a casual bite in Salt Lake City! I dropped in for lunch and was delighted by the vibrant atmosphere. Tried the deviled eggs with caviar - definitely a highlight! The chicken sandwich had a nice crunch, but it didn’t blow my socks off like I hoped.
Cocktails paired wonderfully with our meal, and the dessert, especially the brownie with bourbon ice cream, was a sweet ending! Worth a visit if you're in the area… 🍹
