I recently visited Caribbean Hut in Charlotte, and overall, it was a delightful experience! 🌴

On a chilly day, I opted for the comforting fish soup, which was filling and perfectly spiced. I returned the next day with a friend and enjoyed flavorful butter shrimp (paired beautifully with their excellent pineapple ginger drink!).

However, I was a bit let down on my next visit when only porridge was left for breakfast - still, it was decent. The ambiance is casual and cozy, making it a great spot to enjoy hearty Jamaican favorites. Can't wait to come back for more oxtails and curry chicken! 🍛✨
